Refund and Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy:

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a 1-to-1 exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

2. Refunds Policy for Hardware/Components/Accessories:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days. If you haven’t received the refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Non-refundable situations include unprovable damage cause, items not in original condition, or returned after 14 days of delivery.

3. Sale and Promotional Items:

Items included in promotions are sold as-is and not covered by the standard warranty. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective merchandise. The store is not liable for any issues arising from the use of promotional items.

4. Exchanges:

5. Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
